Terms & Conditions: Provider and Customer Interaction

1. Communication Protocol
   All communication between providers and customers must be conducted exclusively through the store\'s portal. Direct exchanges of personal contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or any other means of direct communication outside the portal are strictly prohibited.

2. Offer Finality
   Once an offer is accepted by the customer or the provider, the transaction is considered final. Any revisions, amendments, or cancellations post-acceptance are not allowed unless explicitly stated within the terms of the specific offer or facilitated through the store\'s dispute resolution mechanism.

3. Confidentiality of Information
   Both providers and customers are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during their interactions on the portal. Any attempt to bypass the portal for direct communication will be considered a violation of these terms.

4. Compliance & Enforcement
   Violation of these terms by exchanging personal details or attempting to communicate outside the store\'s platform may result in penalties, including the suspension or termination of the user\'s account.

By using the portal, both providers and customers agree to adhere to these terms and acknowledge that any accepted offers are binding and cannot be modified outside the established terms and conditions of the platform.
