4. Service Provider Registration and Obligations

4.3 Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licenses, permissions, and compliance for offering CQC registration services.
5. Client Registration and Obligations
5.1 Clients must provide accurate details regarding the services required, project specifications, and any relevant deadlines.
5.2 Clients are responsible for clearly communicating their expectations and ensuring prompt communication with Service Providers throughout the project.
6. Marketplace Use and Interaction
6.1 Tender Bidder functions as a marketplace that connects Clients and Service Providers. The Company does not provide tender writing or CQC registration services directly and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of any services provided through the Platform.
6.2 All agreements for services are made directly between Clients and Service Providers. The Company is not a party to these agreements and bears no responsibility for the outcomes of any projects.
7. Payments and Fees
7.1 All payments for services must be processed through the Platform’s payment system. Users agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined on the Platform.
7.2 Tender Bidder charges a service fee for each project successfully completed. The applicable service fee percentage will be clearly stated at the time of project initiation.
7.3 Payment disputes must be reported to Tender Bidder within 14 days of project completion. The Company will mediate disputes but is not liable for any unresolved issues between Clients and Service Providers.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Clients may cancel a project at any time, subject to the terms agreed upon with the Service Provider.
8.2 Refunds are at the discretion of the Service Provider and are not guaranteed by Tender Bidder. Users are encouraged to clearly define the scope of work and milestones before project initiation.
9. User Conduct
9.1 Users agree not to engage in any activities that are fraudulent, illegal, or violate the rights of other Users.
9.2 Users are prohibited from using the Platform to distribute spam, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious software.
9.3 Any User found to be in violation of these Terms may have their account suspended or terminated without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tender Bidder or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content available on the Platform without express permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Tender Bidder provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or services provided.
11.2 The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tender Bidder, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 In the event of a dispute between Users, Tender Bidder will provide a neutral mediation process to facilitate resolution.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Termination
14.1 Tender Bidder reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform for any violation of these Terms or any activity deemed detrimental to the Platform or its Users.
14.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to Tender Bidder. However, any ongoing projects must be completed, and all payments due must be settled before termination.
15. Amendments to Terms
Tender Bidder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
